guides tab, mods read

shouldnt noobwar make a guides tab in the site? im sure it would attract a lot more ppl... im willing to write sum guides eventually(wrote a bit in rs wikia, for example the mobilising armies thread, i helped on that one.)

also a vid making tab maybe? anyway all come online, the site is gettin pretty silent
