Noobtown's new in game cc is "Noobtowns"
Please feel free to join. Chat about anything you wish as long as it applies to the rules below.
If you are part of the staff give me your name and i will give you a rank so you may kick those channel spammers.

Global Moderators: Captains
Moderators: Leutiant
GFX Designers: 3 Bananas
I hope we can use this cc for events and such.
This is now the official NoobTown CC, also, edited some stuff on the post. Make sure Mods, G-Mods and Admins can kick

Rules-
1.No spamming ever (you will be kicked without a warning)
2.No complaining because you were kicked(you will be kicked again without warning)
3.No being unfriendly to others(You will be warned once, then kicked if continued. Instead of hating just go kill each other in a duel at the duel arena)
5.No making the mods angry, please just don't(you will be kicked with or without a warning, mods choice)
6.No advertising other clan clan chats or sites unless its noobtown, runescape, or youtube.
7.No asking for stuff( I know its hard asking out in the street, but it's considered spam.(you will be kicked)
8.You may ask for help, but not stuff(find a partner for a quest or need help on something)
9.You may chat on everything about runescape, irl (stay clean), other games, etc.
10.FOLLOW ALL RUNESCAPE RULES!!!(if a j mod or p mod comes im not responsible.)
(i am waiting for mods to make the rules official)
Please feel free to make a vid about our lovely clan chat so others can know about it and join.
