99 firemaking

Im trying to get 99 fm, but its hard because:
-Im only 83 atm
-Im F2P
-Im more on noobtown like on rs
-When i am on rs i making vid
-When i am on rs and i'm not making vid i play one hour max
-WHen i am on rs and i'm not making vid i play one hour max and talking in cc
-Im noob
