Hey madskittles1 here and i was just wondering if the people here at noobtown would like to be part of an official irc channel dedicated to noobtown and its members. I tried something like this in the other forums and i had alot of support but no one followed through and it's basically empty so yeah.

if the majority votes yes then a guide will be uploaded if a Moderator, Global Mod, or Admin has a definite answer of yes or no, because they do have the majority of voice.
The ranking would be as follows
Me and Stephen both have owner since we both made the channel.

Admins get 9999 access ( basically Owner, if you want owner ask me for it. )

Global Mods 10 access ( Result of power abusing will get your access lowered.)

Mods 5 Access ( Same Applys to above.)

Members Voiced ( If active and loyal and trustworthy can be given HalfOp.)

I really don't like this access idea at all, even though most people don't have a clue how to work IRC we don't need power abusing in the channel therefore just adds on more work for me and other people who are IRC smart removing bans deleteing access adding akicks etc.
